There is no doubt that Miami is rich with culture. The culture of the city’s immigrants and tourists has influenced the daily lives of the locals, making Miami a very diverse city with a great variety of restaurants.
In mid-October, a new restaurant will open its doors in the Village of Merrick Park: Brasserie. It will take its customers on a voyage of French cuisine through it’s unique dishes. The name of the restaurant, “Brasserie,” is translated in English as “brewery.” Although nowadays the name is used to describe a concept that is different from your typical brewery, there is no doubt that the place will serve a selection of drinks that everyone can enjoy.
Chef Pascal Oudin aims to prepare innovative dishes inspired by his knowledge of the classic French cuisine, with an array of ingredients served with a creative presentation.
The main concept of this restaurant is to create a casual environment where its clients, whether they have a reservation or just decide to walk in, can enjoy a great variety of appetizers and entrees with an exquisite glass of wine.
Brasserie will have a 3,000 square foot location, with the option of tables inside or on the outside patio.
As for happy hours and specials, no specific information has been released, but Brasserie will be offering excellent deals. This balance between price and quality will make this restaurant appealing for both locals and tourists alike.
