Learn how to make scrambled egg whites, baked banana oatmeal, cheese omelettes and chocolate chip cookies in your microwave. All in under 5 minutes!
Scrambled Egg Whites
Salt & pepper
Beat 2 egg whites, a splash of almond milk, salt and pepper in the mug until it is blended.
Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir.
Microwave 30-45 seconds longer until eggs are set.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Baked Banana Oatmeal
½ cup of quick cooking oats
1 tbsp ground flax seed
½ cup coconut milk
⅓ of a banana, mashed
¼ tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp honey
Add oasts, flax, egg and coconut milk in a mug.
Stir well with a fork.
Add banana, cinnamon and honey.
Stir again until combined.
Cook in microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
Salt and pepper
Beat eggs, water, salt and pepper in the mug until mixed.
Microwave butter until melted (about 45 seconds).
Pour the melted butter on the plate, coating the plate evenly.
Pour egg mixture onto the plate.
Cover the plate with plastic wrap.
Microwave the omelette for 3 ½ minutes. Do not stir.
When no liquid egg remains and the omelette thickens, take plastic wrap off.
Put shredded cheese on one half of the omelette.
Fold omelette in half.
Chocolate Chip Cookie
Dark brown sugar
1 egg yolk
Microwave 1 tbsp of butter in the mug to melt it.
Add 1 tbsp white sugar, 3 drops of vanilla extract and 1 pinch of salt. Stir.
Separate the egg and add the yolk to the mug. Stir.
Add ¼ cup of all-purpose flour. Stir.
Add chocolate chips. Stir (It should look like cookie dough now).
